"The clothes are cheap and I like them but the bad thing is the cashiers, they have always done this to me and today I was just buying two pants that cost 11.99 and they charged me 14.99 for each pair of pants and they charged me for two girls' clothes. Extra, before paying I always add up how much the total will be before paying at the cashier and they were charging me 30 dollars more, this is the third time this has happened to me in that store I advise you to be careful before paying."

"First off, let me express the induced nostalgia, that I love about Roses. Although, the store provides modern products. The interior design is still of an 80s, 90s vibe. This is my primary Roses, as is nearest me and I love it. What reinforced my patronage to this store, is what happened just today. I brought a product to the cashier that ended up being one price in the system, yet, labeled at a cheaper price on the shelf. The cashier was very friendly, called for the person with authority, to resolve such an issue. Both cashier clerk and and the lady she called to resolve it, were courteous and understanding. Both executed that situation as would be textbook customer service."
