"Really dissatisfied with the services that I received from this company. First, the movers showed up a month early for some reason and I had to send them home. When the actual move day arrived, my movers never showed up. I was told that my crew never showed up for work that day. They tried to reschedule the service for another day but after many calls and nearly 8 hours later I finally got them to send a crew. The guys that eventually came out were actually pretty good. They completed a move with a pretty difficult set of stairs with ease. At the end of the day, there was no discount/compensation offered for the issues. It seemed like I was talking to a different person on the phone each time. Very poor customer service. Will definitely use a large, insured company for my next move."
