"Bad customer service. After the hospital called for my ride and I waited 20 minutes, I was given a number to call. I called and said I'd been waiting 20 minutes. He said that I could wait another 30 minutes or call someone else. Needless to say, I just hung up. Honestly, avoid an argument and go somewhere else."

"SO BAD! I wanted a safe service to have my daughter picked up and dropped off at the airport, and this ride was exactly the opposite. My daughter showed up at the car (that we paid $55 for the 20 minute ride) with a friend, the woman driver started yelling at her because she said you couldn't ride with someone else. THEN, as it turns out, there was a random boy that they were including in the ride?! How is it "Charlene's Safe Ride", when they put my daughter in the back with some random guy that she didn't know? Why would I pay $55 to have her ride with someone else? I canceled all future trips and highly recommend that you avoid this service."
