"I won't be returning to Potbelly because the turkey breast sandwich was such a rip off. The sandwich I got had the smallest amount of turkey...as thin as a tissue.. The website picture of this sandwich is nothing like what you actually sold me. It looks delicious and full of turkey. why wouldn't you make a quality sandwich to bring customers back instead of sneaking puny amounts of turkey and take customers money.."

"Initially, I was really disappointed with my big wreck sub sandwich I ordered the first time I went, but I called and talked with the manager, Tonya, and she told me to come back and she would do it right this time and make it like I liked it, which was super cool of her. I really like potbelly subs and I especially like this location cause I now know that if I ever have a problem, that I can call and talk with Tonya and she will make sure I leave full and satisfied! "First time customer and I would not return honestly. Main factor is the staff, followed closely by cost for what I received. 1 employee honestly seemed like he was high or something, the entire interaction was very strange. The other employee who made my sandwich had the attitude that he was doing me a favor. Neither were the least bit welcoming. Odd ordering and check out area. The toppings, etc are listed on a cabinet door behind the line. However, there is a high wall, and the employees make your sandwich back there. You cannot see any of the process or ingredients. Honestly it felt like there was something going on that they do not want you to see? No idea, just an odd layout for a sandwich shop. Sandwich was OK, but IMO was overpriced for what I got. I ordered the largest sandwich and it was the equivalent of a Subway footlong. It also came out to over $13. Sorry Potbelly, but I did give you a try."
