Dr. Proshanta K. Saha, MD

"Dr. Saha is honestly the best Dr ever! I can’t say that about the lady at the front desk. Her name is Jayme. Dr Saha has been my children’s doctor for 10 years now. I’ve never had a problem with any there until recently. I always show respect to everyone that works there, but Jayme must have had a bad day, and she took it out on me. She was completely rude to me over the phone and of course I gave it right back to her. Her customer service is horrible. It’s unfortunate because Dr Saha is amazing. I called to ask for a refill on my sons prescription. Her exact words were, “I’ll send that right over to the pharmacy.” She never once said that it takes 72 hrs for the pharmacy to receive the prescription. Saying that she would send it right over tells me that the pharmacy will receive it right away. I go to the pharmacy and they told me that they don’t have the prescription yet. That’s fine. I call the drs office back and politely tell her that they don’t have the prescription yet. She replied with the biggest attitude ever. I couldn’t believe it. She was so rude. Like I said, she probably had a bad day and took it out on me. Jayme needs to be retrained on her customer service."
