"My ex came to see you guys for what is believed to be a broken foot. The doctor also stated that be believed the foot to be broken & that he needed a brace for it. Due to the fact of not having insurance by ex was refused an X-ray & a brace. This should be an ethics violation at the very least to your oath & also should be reported to the Medicaid board."

"Dr Majeed is a great doctor but when it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the doctor's or even an answering machine it is unexcuseable. Had our daughters blood work taken over 2 weeks ago and no call. Been trying all day to get ahold of someone for the results and just rings. Time to find a new doctors office."
