"piss poor customer service. i had to have my package re-directed to the correct address & the manager at this facility was very disrespectful, telling me there’s nothing she could do and that it was all my fault she didn’t redirect my package to the correct address. i called and gave a specific address for it to be sent to and the manager, on her own volition, to send my package to a completely different address than the one i specifically told her AND the 1 800 number to send it to. she said i should’ve gotten the $17 extra insurance (on top of the insurance i already got for it) and maybe she wouldn’t fixed my problem for me."
"Ive never in my life had such amazing customer service. Immaculate is the word i would use to describe it. I had an issue that was my own fault and I called for help. They went above and beyond to help me and they did not have to. Also they remembered my name and was able to help me the next day as well, until the situation was resolved. I appreciate such good service and it is awesome to know there are still great people out there, willing to help. Thank you"
"Todd was super helpful"
"I had a lost package. I opened a lost package research case and was contacted by a male employee from this location. I was told they were looking into it further and that they have a limited time to come up with a solution before the case closes. I was told even after the case was closed I would get a call back and that he was contacting a source in Columbia SC. I never got a call back so I called the 1800 number and they said they were re opening the case. A women from this location called me at 6:18 AM and woke me up before the sun was even up telling me "re opening the case and re notifying them wasn't going to do anything" and that my package wasn't insured so I was basically out of luck. I was then asked if anyone told me how to report lost mail and told that is what I should have done. I was told by a worker at this location that they would be continuing to investigate the situation. So why would I report the mail as lost??? Then when I called customer care they said they were re opening the case not filing a lost mail case. This decision was made by a customer care representative, not me. As a customer I did nothing wrong and was following what I was told by their employees. The women who called me from this location was irritated that the case was re opened and called and woke me up at 6 in the morning to basically tell me I was S.O.L just so she could wipe her hands clean of the situation. I am not happy and will be contacting someone on her unprofessional and careless approach to the situation!"
"Loris post office employees should be fired. Been having trouble with them for 20 years. It doesn't matter the problem, or how many times it happens, they DON'T CARE!!! Happens over & over, no matter how many times I tell them. People bring me my mail( the mail I know about) once opened & the man said, " I didn't know you had this much money in the bank!!" Rude employee called me at home after I complained about him, & yelled at me! They live in their own little government protected fiefdom, lazily stumbling around like zombies, till they can get their 20 years in. Columbia don't care, either, lying to me about it. Postmaster once asked me if my number was on my mailbox. YES!!! 2 x on the box, & on the house!! They wouldn't work for me for 5 minutes!!! PO needs to be cleared of the red tape & useless inhabitants. No wonder it's so much in debt!! Sad, but not surprising, considering the attitude of those who shuffle around there, sometimes."
