"This is a rare McDonald's. Def great employees and management seems to be on it! I've dealt with most of them from many visits and I HAD to express my appreciation. There's times this location gets swamped, but the pull together and make it happen. I've even seen the GM stop in when dt and dinning area was packed she jumped right in to help out. They keep the dinning room clean and overall appearance is well maintained. Thanks yall and keep up the great work . I Definitely recommend THIS McDonald's, being others have MUCH room for improvementS (Marion, SC, and a few locations in Florence, sc) Thanks again. *1-30-24@ 2pm **special thanks to Jessica and siyah always above and beyond service I see ya !!"

"Surprisingly the fries were hot, fresh, and crispy! They also didn't mess up any part of my order. They even put ALL of the sauces that I asked for in the bag. They must be under new management, and props to them bc its such a better experience now, even the customer service has improved dramatically!!"

"They say that frappe is a large , obviously is not ,I pay almost 7 bucks plus the attitude, and the time for service more then 30 minutes for a drink is no the first time we try support our local business but with this type of service nevermind I don't know how still open with that many complaints, the worst McDonald's in horry county , save some troubles and drive to Tabor City NC"

"Me and my husband came here on a Sunday. There was 2 people inside dinning in and maybe 3 cars in the drive threw. Had 2 people in drive threw come in and complain about the food not being eight or fries being cold. My big Mac was old, the bread was hard and the patties were almost black and cold. My husband's sandwiches were cold as well. Both of our large fries were cold and hard as well. We both have worked at McDonald's for multiple years and this was uncalled for."

"We seem to always have issues here but I always try to give them a break due to short staffing but I Ordered a shamrock shake and it was undrinkable! Nothing but the shamrock mixture barley any milkshake mix. Very watery as well. Definitely will go to tabor city McDonald’s for now on."
