Santino's Pizza

"I ordered my pizza at 5 o’clock on Friday. Went there to pick it up was told there was no order. I showed them the phone and the phone call. They said oh one young lady said I will take care of it that was at 5:18 I waited until 5:50 for my pizza. New customers came in and got their pizza and left. I had to ask for my money back because I could not wait any longer. I had to pick up my daughters I gave them 30 minutes to make two large pizzas and that was not even done. The situation was totally unacceptable and very disappointing. I thought this was the best place in town but after today I’m definitely not sure of that. I did not like how I was treated it after the mixup on there and meaning the order that I called in that nobody knew about that still left them a half hour to make two pizzas so I’m wondering why them were not made"

"Santinos Pizza is the best. The people are so friendly and the service is great. If you haven't been there you must try it. It is the best pizza in Loris. Besides Mr. Santino is a very generous man."

"Decided to give this place another try as our first time wasn’t very good. Should have known better. Ordered a lasagna, pizza, and roast beef sub. Salad came out first and was only shredded lettuce and bell peppers. Next came the sub. Picture is attached to show the quality here. Waitress comes back to ask us again what kind of pizza we ordered and while she was standing at the table I was squeezing sub sauce onto the sandwich and an 8 inch long hair comes right out of the dispenser. We got up and left. Never again."

"I've been a baker for 50 years. The dough that was used for my pizza was old. No doubt in my mind. The crust has no color. I ordered double pepperoni and it sure didn't have double pepperoni on it. I've ordered pizza here 3 times in about 6 months. Next time I'll order from.Dominos down the street."
