"I purchased their (32?) piece sampler kit. I cannot believe the amount of food this kit contains. I have made a dozen or more soups for me and my wife and still have plenty of product left. Harmony House says their dehydrated food has a about a year shelf life. I say it can last much, much longer if you keep it dry and in a dark location.
