Julie helped me over the phone and had the most beautiful flowers delivered to our office along with a bonus bloom due to it being a loss of a pet AND with a special note saying they donated $10 to the Humane Society of Charlotte in memory of Smokie. Being a pet parent this florist now has a customer for life! Another true testament of how small businesses are just BETTER!!"
