"Now that im reading all the reviews, I wish I had read them before my daughter was born and my gyno referred me to this office. Dr. Learis himself is a very nice man, old school I would say. If your kid is not always sick and is healthy, him being your peds is fine, but if your kid is like my daughter where she is always sick, as in constantly having sinus issues 365 days, ear infections from November 2023 back to back till today 01/23, than maybe you should consider else where, Its not that he's a bad doctor, I just think he's old school and says my daughter is always fine. But you know as a parent that feeling where your kid is sick and you know somethings up? yeah I get that feeling a lot. but anyways, my tele health peds( for emergency only or when I can't get an appointment to here) faxed over all the sick visits and documents my daughter had, and when we went to the follow up they had no idea what I was talking about...yeah I got confirmation it was sent...but anyways...the ladies in the front...some of them are nice some of them are NOT. Has a very bad attitude. Especially the receptionist or back end lady name Ro. In this field, as a patient sometimes you need to change doctors, but you are NOT obligated to give the office a reason why nor should they even demand an answer. My allergist office and I had to jump through hoops for 2 days to get a referral, only for Ro to call me personally and ask me what's the reason why I changed, that the visit on certain date they won't get paid(but they are getting paid I didn't change PCP till end of Jan), on top of that she basically shamed me for changing doctors, and (word for word) " This office does not take back patient that leaves us, What's your plan with our office if we decided to even take you back, I have to talk to the girls up front to see if they even want to take you back"...Fine, my insurance was actually accidentally merged into the same call..and they were baffled with what they heard what was said and agrees with me that I dodge a bullet. Never once have I EVER had an issue with changing doctors. And this is the 1st time I have ever changed a doctor. Dr. Lerias,PA Eileen, his son, and one the blonde hair nurse and some of the front desk people were nice. But the overall experience with that phone call with Ro made it all sour. Side note, it was a referral for my daughter to go see her allergist for an EPI pen, all I can say was it was real petty the conversation, and your not hurting me by not accepting my daughter the only one at risk is a 4 year old with a temperature(cold urticaria ) allergy. But thank god the new Doctor and UHC insurance was able to get my daughter in immediately even if protocol for emergency visits are 48 hours. Mind you I have NEVER given this office any problems for anything. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but if I do its either someone is exceptionally amazing, or the worst of the worst. And this is the worst of the worst. They say the receptionist are the first and last person a patient sees, so mannerism and how professional they are is a HUGE deal to me. Im not ranting, im just letting other parents know out there that this is not a bad doctor, BUT the recieptionist was the last straw for me."

"Dr. Lerias is amazing. He has not only taken excellent care of my health, but he is also a pleasure to converse with at every appointment. It's uncommon to find a doctor that combines exceptional medical care with personal touches and caring for a patient as a person. I strongly advise you to become one of his patients!"

"Well I must say that the nurses in the front sure have changed over the years. My daughter had a sore throat and was sent home early from school. I brought her to the Doctor just to see if she had strep throat or not. The hours the office is open is from 3-5:30. The nurses used to be so nice. Now they don't even greet you or look you in the eye and im the parent. Very in-personal "insurance card ? .." Not even my daughter did they acknowledge. They seemed more concerned about getting out of there and getting the doctor out of there very quickly. Came across very annoyed even though they just opened a hour prior, even when my daughter politely asked for a lollipop. Considering changing my pediatrician."

"If i could I would give this place a negative rating. I drop off some paper that needed to be filled out by the doctor for my son's school. When I drop it off I was told they will call me when it's done. 2 months has passed and I have not gotten a phone call. I finally went to the office and told the lady (Johanna) at the desk and she said we don't call you, You have to call us. That is not what I was told. So Johanna pulled out my son's fill and goes here it is and that is $10.00 I told her I am not paying $10.00 after waiting 2 months. She puts the papers away and says well I can't give this to you. I told her then I am switching doctors and I want my son's paperwork and she ripped out the immunization records and tossed it across the counter. She was very rude and I will not send my son there anymore!!!!"
