"I’m surprised hat a therapist like Sr. Saadia has only one review on google! But I hope this helps anyone looking for an affirmation that she is the right one to help you get through whatever it is you need help with. I started seeing sister Saadia on 2015 and she was my very first therapist. My first few sessions were confusing to me because nobody ever asked me why I felt the way I did. I never asked myself questions the way she did. I struggle with anxiety and was going through serious life struggles when I contacted her. I knew I needed help but I didn’t know what I needed help with because everything seemed difficult at that point. Sister Saadia helped me navigate my difficult emotions , build my relationship with husband ( I was engaged when I contacted her) and helped me understand my anxiety. Although my sessions with her have ended due to me being far away, I still implement her little advices in my marriage, life issues and they help me so much.
