"I am writing this review as I am sitting at the clinic. This is my second time here, the staff is nice, the girls are polite and helpful. I came in here for my Lower back pain, following up on a MRI, my appointment is at 12 pm and currently it's 12:30 pm and the doctor is not even here. You might be like it's only 30 mins but this happened the first time too. I will continue this review after I see this doc... so it’s currently 1 pm and the doc is still not here, he called to let us know that he will be here at 1:20 pm. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. As a doctor he should know to value the time of other people. Most people leave to reschedule appointments because he doesn’t come on time. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone."

"This place is a disgrace. Had an appointment for my 91 year old mother that I had to leave work to pick up and take to the appointment. The appointment was for 10:30am, got there are 10:20am. It is now 11:40am and they still have not called her in. They just said that she needs to get an xray done, but the doctor isn't ready for her yet. Mind you this is a follow up for surgery she had 4 months ago. He sees her for 5 minutes. I have to get back to work, losing time and money because they triple and quadruple book their appointments and take walk ins before people with appointments."

"I waited with my father for over an hour at this office. Not only was the staff extremely unprofessional, after an hour the doctor refused to see my sick father. Dr Katz, please if you are reading this you are beyond pathetic sir. You are what is wrong with the Healthcare system and the fact that you and your family makes enough capital to eat is disgusting. You should be struggling like the rest of America. I hope the worst for you and your family sir. If there is a god then you will be left penniless and your children take on the sins that you created."

"WHYYYYYYYYYYYY didn't I read the reviews... All reviews on point! These people told me to come for MRI and when finish MRI, I was advised they do neck, lower back but NOT mid back...why wouldn't u guys tell patient this b4, I was there for 2 hours to hear I have to go somewhere else for mid back???? If you guys told patient from the beginning, they would have go somewhere that can provide FULL service instead of wasting time now have go 2 place for the same service . Greedy for money when you guys KNOW you can not provide full service! WASTE OF TIME and unprofessional."

"this place sucks. Made an appointment for 3:15, was there 10 minutes early and still waited until 5:00. I got one X-ray at 4:00 and nothing was said to me after, if you are looking for help DO NOT go here! Many patients downstairs and the staff have no manners as they werent much help with the many people waiting."
