"She left her office with no proper and prior communication. I called 2 days earlier to confirm appointment. She did not show up at the appointment. When I called her back, she wouldn’t answer the phone and just texted me a phone number to call. I wouldn’t recommend her. We had to find another doctor for the children to be given proper care and professional treatment."

"Update (12/22/2022): unfortunately had to switch from her 6 years later. She is no longer organized had my 3rd child’s vaccine not scheduled and tracked properly and poor thing missed his 9 month vaccine. Very disappointed! No remorse. She has walked out the office without communication and I have showed up with 3 children pouring rain cold. Child sick. It was definitely time to switch to proper care for children! Prior review:Dr. Samuel is simply amazing. The fact that she is available to talk at any time , she is there for you, is more than you can ever ask as parents. I wish she could see adults too because the care nowadays out there is scary(very hard to find decent care) and I feel so comfortable with her. She listens, she is thorough, she gives you her opinions and comes up with options/solutions.. doesn’t just rush you out. Thank you Dr. Samuel for all you have done and continue to do."
