I am now with my second child and I won't change this medical office for anything. Dr. Lao is very passionate, dedicated, understand and responsable. He takes his time during visits. He shows dedication with his work and my children medical results. He explained results in detail. He answer my texts and calls immediately. Dr. Lao is what I considered a family doctor. The way he interact with my daughters and my sister's children who has also been using his services for the past 5 years is awesome. He knows the kids names. He asked how they doing in school. He stablished that relationship not as a doctor but as a family male figure. The ladies at the office are super nice and always trying to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. I will highly recommend Dr. Lao and his team."

"My mom has been taking my siblings and I to Dr. Lao for more than 19 years and he has always been an excellent doctor and help. He cares for his patients and is always available to help them if they have any questions. If I could I would give him more than 5 stars!!"

"I will give this office a 0 star. Called Dr. W. Lao's office several times to follow up a Prescription for their patient but they put me on hold for the 1st call for more than 10 minutes then more than 30 minutes on the following calls. They are not concern with their patient, they should understand the needs of their patient. Their customer service sucks. Will not call them if it's not important. Improve your customer service, you should someone who accepts call that is professional. When you ask them their name they will not give it to you, they will just hang up."
