"Staff is horrible! The worse I’ve ever encountered. I was given another child’s medical papers after I was waiting over an hour for my child’s papers. The doctor is decent, but don’t think he listens well after he gave my daughter a lecture about cell phones and studying when she has no cell and was Valedictorian. Assuming he says the same thing to every kid and not really present with each child. No longer using this dysfunctional office."

"I made an appointment for my son last week to see this doctor for the first time. I needed a Pediatric Gastroenterologist so I picked this doctor who is also a pediatrician. I cannot say if he is a good doctor or not BUT his office staff is horrible. I spoke to two different “call center” reps to make the appointment and explained to them that I don’t need a referral to see any specialist because I have a PPO Plan and they gave me the appointment. The date of the appointment, his secretary I believe “Anita” called me to tell me that my son could not be seen because he did not have a referral and because his pediatrician needed to be from the same physician’s center. To me this was very disappointing, ridiculous and upsetting because my son needed to see a specialist right away and they denied medical care. More professionalism is needed in this office and better training for his staff."
