"My son is 14 now, we been with Dr. Tao since the date he was born. I never forget she helped me clear my son’s first Diaper…. First time mom, didn’t know what to do, and she was patiently tell me what I should do for newborn…. Kindhearted, professional, no small talks, down to the point…. My son had little issue during his 3rd grade, and his school officials suggested us to see Children Psychiatrist…. I took my son to Dr. Tao…. She was patiently with him for almost 45 mins, then she told me my son do not need see any psychiatrist, and my son loves her. I understand when our kids are not feeling themselves, we don’t want to hear different voices…. But let professionals do their jobs…. They are not here to make YOU FEEL BETTER, they are here because they want to make sure your kids are ok…."

"She is my son’s pcp for 10 years . She is an excellent doctor. There are a lot of misunderstandings I believe. If you want to pump a lot of drugs into your child’s system, she is not your dictator. I’m myself a nurse, work in some of prestigious hospitals. She is the best one and an honest one. You can trust her judgement."

"Had this doctor for 10 years, I went to ask about a referral to a psychiatrist for ADHD, she insinuated that I was a lazy teenager which discouraged me from seeking help for over a year. I recently saw a psychiatrist and got diagnosed and am now on medication. My sister got sick recently and went to see the doctor, she did not run any tests and told my sister to come back in a few days if she's still sick. The next day my sister was so ill she couldn't drink water without vomiting. She went to the ER where doctors told her it was strep throat AND HER PEDIATRICIAN SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT ON TO IT BEFORE IT GOT THAT BAD. I don't question the years of study that went into Dr.Tao's licensing, but I do question her sense of duty to help children."

"Worst pediatrician ever. I asked the doctor some unsure conditions of my son, yet she was impatiently telling me that I was overreacted before she even checked what I was talking about. I don't understand how I was overreacting, what I did was just simply ask, if we know everything, why do we bother to go to doctors?. Also, one time, when I asked Ms. Tao to repeat the question she was asking, she even raised her voices & repeated in a very rude way. I feel very uncomfortable of going to physicians that so bad at controlling their emotions & so unprofessional."

"She was yelling at her patients' little kids and their mothers! Not once but it appears she has been very arrogant and totally lost her temper for no reason. The worst is that she was doing before children without any professionalism and respect."
