"Both my kids since born been seeing Ortiz. He is nice but not worth the wait. They overbook and you are waiting 3 hours in that nasty office. Where your child will most likely get another sickness. The staff is RUDE. I'm changing pediatricians as we speak because Ortiz refuses to spread out my daughters vaccines. I understand I delayed the vaccines and she is behind. But to tell me I have no choice but to get her 7 shots at once M is insane. He said either you agree with the 7 shots at once or find someone else and I found someone else who I will have my kids see and theres no wait..."

"It saddens me to read So many terrible reviews on Dr. Ortiz!! Dr. Ortiz is a true professional with great bedside manner. He is so caring, extremely attentive (will answer my multiple messages via portal/ phone at 1,3,4am any time, any day, any holiday, and even him on vacation!!) and will see my sons on the day of if it is very necessary. Yes the wait time is a little long- I don’t mind and the parking situation is a bit of a hassle but overall top tier professional."

"So the place is okay, doctor explains everything , parking is not too bad and they also have a parking lot. But after I had my second child it changed. They take forever to answer the calls, they don’t have appointments. My kids rarely gets sick and I wanted an appointment and they said they were busy that they can see him the next day. Next day I went had to waited like 2hours, So now I opt to go to pediatric pm urgent care in where you wait in your car and if your up that’s when you go in. Then the lady’s that answer the calls just puts you on hold, I was on hold like for 40min just to get a paper emailed. After this recent experience I’m considering changing."

"TERRIBLE ! TAKE YOUR NEWBORNS AND KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Went in for an appointment with my new born, arrived on time and waited 3 hours to be seen. That’s extremely unreasonable especially with a new born. Horrible experience and the staff is not very friendly or courteous. The doctor is nice but it’s his business so he is to blame for the way they run their business. Just another doctors office that puts quantity first instead of quality. Well over booked and we pay for this, will be changing doctors as of tomorrow. Really unfair, kids have to eat and rest and you have them waiting for 3 hours or more. No consideration in time which to me is a disrespect. Take your kids and family somewhere else trust me."
