"Terrible customer service of the front desk representative. So unprofessional! I called in to make an appointment because my child wasn’t feeling well. The representative gave me such a hard time. When I asked if I can come into the office today, she replied that my daughter is not on the system yet and I have to call tomorrow. She didn’t even try to help. How can I wait when my child is sick? There was no sympathy at all. How that person can work for a pediatricians? She even told me that they don’t call health insurance. I replied that I changed to a doctor already and I had a reference number. I had to call health insurance a few times myself. Then I called the doctor's office again and I asked to be transferred to her manager. She replied that the manager is in a meeting and she can pass my message to her. I would never recommend this place where you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome."

"Great place! Office is nice and front desk helps us a lot ! Jasmine always saves the day ! Dr Camelia is cheerful and amazingly professional makes my children very comfortable with shots! Dr George ( you know him wearing a bow tie) is calm wise and in general saved the day with his thoroughness! Been coming here for 15 years ! Thank you , doctors !"

She listens, cares and makes you feel so comfortable. It’s not an office or a doctor that try’s to send you out quickly after your visit, they take the time and that is so important when it comes to your child needs. It’s like family.
