"Dr. Loy is a straight up no fluff doctor. He tells you whats wrong, and what to do to fix whats wrong. No sugar coating, no smoke, straight up medicine, which i can respect. Awesome doctor, and I'm glad he's my PCP. 3 years and counting. I recommend him to the people i love."

"My family and I all see Dr. Loy and have been patients of his for 10+ years now. He is extremely thorough and takes his time with addressing his patient's needs. As a registered nurse it is unfortunate that I do not encounter many doctors like this and it is refreshing to see that there are still people out there who not only do their job but enjoy doing it. There is something negative I must add about one receptionist at the front desk. She has been there for sometime now and is miserable almost every time I have spoken to her whether it's in person or on the phone. I am amazed that this behavior has been tolerated for so long. I have never had any issues with the other receptionist/medical assistants, who are always pleasant."

But i cant say the something about his reception's person she is very nasty by phone when i try to make a appointment and she is wrong when i came to the office. I cant understand how dr loy has a person like that in his from office desk. Very disappointing."

Dr. Loy and Dr. Leo have this one receptionist that comes off very rude in person, and on the phone as well. When you call for an appointment and she picks up be prepared for her nastiness. The way she comes off Seem like she has a very miserable life. I can't understand why they still have this individual working for them."

I have been going to him for a few years now an I am very Happy with him. The staff is always warm and kind. And yes like most good doctors offices they get busy . You must give them a chance to do there job. :-)"
