"very very frustrated! I made an appointment for my mom over a month ago to get allergy shots. I gave all of her information at that time. This morning we went to her appointment and they hadn't verified her insurance and said we could not be seen and that was after her serums were overnighted to their office. They said we don't take her insurance!! I can't believe this is how they deal with their patients!! Very unprofessional!!Now my mother is here for two months and we have to find an allergist. Disgusted!They don't even deserve one star"
