"The services are performed professionally and efficiently. But the admin is terrible. You will literally die of old age waiting for someone to pick up the phone and answer a simple question, like “”when should I come in for my test”. Everything has to be done in person. Which usually means making two trips. Honestly the US Govt has less bureaucracy. Socialized Heath Care NOW!"
"I cannot understand how they are even in business! I went last month for a strep/flu culture and then brought my daughter the next day. Just got the bill...$500 EACH visit!!!??? The billing department said that is their standard charge. They should post that in bold letters when you walk in! I usually take the kids to PM Pediatrics after hours - much more professional and half the price. Ridiculous..."
