"I am a long term patient of Dr.Goldman and he has done my ovarian surgery and was very happy prior to him joining Northwell. Once he's joined Northwell everything has gone down hill and I will no longer be seeing him as a patient. You have to talk to a call center prior to being forwarded to the receptionists at the front desk of the office and when I finally reached the front desk this time specifically I was told his schedule was too busy and if I had issues to go to the ER or a walk in clinic. To me this is absurd, they didn't even try to ask me if I could try another day to make an appointment and the woman hung up on me."

"Fake Healthcare. Dr Goldman and Northwell health are completely worthless. They don't look at test results. They don't answer the phone. They don't call back. Wait time is minimum 2 hours for routine appointments. Billing is always incorrect. Corporate healthcare like northwell health is putting all of us at risk. Absolutely shameful."
