"Great store with really good deals. Staff is great. And always helpful. The staff, well...I know and interact with them a lot. They are HONESTLY always really friendly. I've seen them getting disrespected by rude customers before, but I have NEVER seen anything other then professional attitudes in return. So from someone who has gotten pawn loans, bought things and even repair stuff for them. I can tell you this is a GREAT PAWN SHOP. So I encourage you to find out for yourself and bring something in for loan or pass by to do a little shopping and see how great your treated, I know I'm glad to go here everytime I do."

"Assistant Manager is a serious issue! He has no customer service ability. Does not need to meet nor greet/inquire to the needs of a customer!!! I would believe he has lost Cash America Pawn business since employed due to his arrogance. I remember my first encounter with him. Good thing my shed needs to be cleaned out it's too cold for a garage sale & taking his $$$ for my garbage is now finally worth getting rid of it & making space. I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Pawn & Exchange around the corner on Monroe Rd. GREAT TEAM!!!"

"Went into the shop to look for a watch. I stood at the counter waiting for about 30 minutes befor being help. Even though eye contact was made with the staff behind the counter they defer to those waiting in line to pawn items. Very unprofessional staff and not helpful or experience as I observed while waiting. Not everyone entering the store is looking for a loan. I will not return and I advise you who read my review to not use this store if looking to purchase items. Go down the street to the other store. A better service experience"
