Called the recipient many times over a 3 hour period saying they were delivered to the wrong place and they would fix it, then called saying it was delivered to another place and someone would come get them, then called saying no one was coming and she had to walk across the street to get them… After I called, they were less than helpful. Saying they would not fix their mistake, more concerned that the recipient was upset and wouldn’t go try and find the flowers at other businesses, and that I had to call another place for a refund if I wanted it… If you want your order fulfilled correctly with friendly service, AVOID this business."
