"I can NOT agree with any of the negative comments. First off I left Dr. Park bc I moved away and it’s hard traveling with 2 babies but after experiencing other doctors I ran back faster than lighting. I wouldn’t ever leave him again because the truth is, he is a hard working compassionate doctor and his patience eases my mind especially after going through postpartum. His staff makes everything easy and I’ve never had any problem with them. I truly recommend him ❤️"

"Dr Park is super nice and knowlegeable. However, because of a bad situation with the office manager Ms Kim (who is obnoxious, rude and condescending), I can never go back again. She treats the customers (parents of the patients) like she is doing them a favor by coming to this office and thinks she is the boss of the office. She raises her voice. I do not understand why Dr. Park would keep someone that hurts his business. The rest of the office workers are superb. I have read reviews that are similar to mine. Plus parking is a pain. But thankfully i was able to find a much better pediatrician where the office staff is kind and considerate. The doctor is great too and parking is abundant. The new doctor also doesn't charge anything for filling out paperwork."

"Dr. Park and staff are professional and kind. Both our children come to this office. Even when they are super busy the doctor always calls us back, even if it's late. Dr.Park even calls us on his days off. We're grateful to live so close to such an awesome doctor. The front desk staff is also very patient and professional."

"This doctor office does not care about your baby. They are here only making money. They not give you any reminder if any thing happen to PCP name in insurance. Last time it happen to us. We request them to check my baby they said you need to fix it first. It was cristmass holiday so insurance office was close then we request them i'll fix tomorrow then they said doctor can take care your baby if you pay $100. Next day i called insurance company and i explaind everything and insurance agent told me it was not a big deal but doctor suppose to care your baby. And also i make a complain about doctor office. Front desh stuff even didn't ask to doctor, how they can make decision??? Try to avoid thin office,"

"Dr Park has been my kids' pediatrician for ten years. He is knowledgeable, kind, and great with kids. Dr. Park responds to emergency calls quickly. The office staff is very professional and keep things running smoothly. Bayside Pediatrics is a wonderful place."
