"Great spot to see and swim in the lake. Nice facilities including a playground, basketball courts and fishing spots."
"Nice view of the lake, two playgrounds by the lake, beach with life guard, trails, volleyball court, basketball and fishing pond !"
"What another beautiful Finger Lake Honeye Lake. They have swimming, playgrounds a pond on the other side a walking path. Fishing is encouraged. Just peaceful and relaxing. Definitely going back again. Brought our own chairs so we can sit anywhere we want. They where a lot of children there but they where having fun swimming!!!"
"Great park, bathrooms, beach, two playgrounds, basketballs court, large field, nature trail. Spend lots of time here every summer. Very well maintained."
"We visited here on a day trip. The parking area is quite far from the playgrounds and beach area. There are two playgrounds for different age groups. The younger aged area is shaded, the older kids area is not but has bigger slides. The bathrooms and changing areas are nice and clean. There are life guards on duty and the beach looked nice and clean too. Despite those areas being clean, there was a bunch of trash on the trails and in the park and playground area that needed to be cleaned up. We didn’t swim since it was a bit cold the day we went but we enjoyed a picnic by the water and we enjoyed the nature trail. There are several picnic tables near the water for use. There is a pavilion too that you could use if it’s not rented out. We wanted to kayak and we found the area designated for launching (according to the park map) but you’d have to portage your boat about a half a mile to launch! It’s near the pavilion and would be a great launch site if you could drive your car over to drop off your boat. But you can’t, they have that drive way blocked and can only be used by people renting the pavilion to drop off party items. It’s a shame really. The regular boat launch was closed for the season but again, parking not great and you’d have to portage your boat farther than what’s practical. It’s a nice place but I don’t think we’d come again."
