"I did not want to post this as the pediatrician was very good. On January 28th, I took my newborn to Bayside Pediatrics. Since my son was not under my insurance yet, Bayside Pediatrics asked me to pay $100 first (and if they submit a claim and I do not owe anything, then they will refund me). Fast forward four months later on May 31st; - My son was added to my insurance within a week of birth - I see the claim was submitted on April 26th and my insurance processed the claim on April 28th - A check was issued to Bayside Pediatrics on May 6th - I have been getting the runaround each time I have called Bayside Pediatrics as I question why they havent submitted a claim yet and constantly telling me front desk needs to talk to billing to issue the refund. Even after taking down my Zelle info saying they would send me the money in a few days and also stating they would write me a check and call me to pick up the check. Neither of this has happened."

"Reposted from review left for Dr. YOHAN PARK, MD AT BAYSIDE PEDIATRICS: My son has been Dr. Yohan Park's patient since he was 6 months old, and my daughter since birth. My kids are now both 10 and 7 respectively and they absolutely love Dr. Park. The office staff, especially Mrs Kim, is very kind and efficient. The office is always busy because Dr. Park, his nurse practitioner and other staff members are that great! Wait time is always something to expect if you going on weekends as sick walk-ins and busy hours. If you plan your visit ahead, you can definitely avoid the crowd. Parking can be difficult but there are reserved spots a little further from the office, still parking is not easy sometimes. The office is always clean and organized. Dr. Park has always been available for my kids and even though we have moved to Suffolk County in Long Island, we insist in coming to see Dr. Park for both emergencies and regular check ups. Dr. Yohan Park is very kind, knowledgeable, patient and truly listens to our concerns. Thank you Dr. Park, Mrs. Kim and the other staff members for your caring services to our family."
