"I don't find the point of this clinic if they will do referrals and send you to other locations that are even worse. When I advocated for my child's urgent needs, I was told in case of an emergency just go to the hospital. Might as well have my child be seen in a hospital where all referrals are within the network. I did most of the major work in getting my child services. PCP never picked up on my child's issues or signed off an important document that was needed. Also, they need to have better trained staff."
