"Ordered 3 Korean firs from them. They were $100 each which is fine for a 2 gallon pot. Very little roots and at max, they should have been in a one gallon pot. Seems they over pot to up the price. Within 3 weeks, they started to turn brown. I have perfect soils and watered each day. They asked for photos and I provided them. They said they would send a replacement, but since I didn’t buy a warranty, I was out of luck. Never order from them. Better places out there with actual customer service and stand by their products."

"I ordered two pink chiffon rose of sharon's both of which showed up in sad condition. The leaves are very obviously infected with a fungus. When I sent an email I was told they are perfectly healthy and to plant them in the ground. They have not responded to further requests to rectify the situation. I spent $150 on two plants and I got ripped off."

"Over priced and under delivered. My order didn't deliver until 2 weeks after I placed the order. It was hard getting someone to return my calls. The plants delivered were not the size I ordered and was told would be delivered. The plants were taller than the boxes they were delivered in so the tips were bent and 2 were broken. One boxes was soaked and just about to fall apart; others were bent up. One plant wasn't packed with bamboo stakes and was broken. I tried to call multiple times and left a messages to discuss the issues. I hope the pictures upload, there is a server issue. I ordered larger plants from another company who didn't carry these degroot spires, but delivered 2 plants per box in perfect condition. Each plant was tied to bamboo stakes to prevent damage the boxes were sturdy."
