"This company is by far the worse delivery service I've ever had the exprience in dealing with. I'am shocked to see Lowes being a multi million dollar organization if not more using a company with such poor reviews and customer service. Me and my wife purchased a home back in April of 2023. We also purchased new applicances from Lowes spending $6,000 dollars on a new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. They used Riverstone Logistics for the delivery on all appliances except the microwave which we were able to take home ourselves the day of purchase. The day of delivery I was at work and my wife was home. Thank the good Lord above my father in law came over to "supervise" while they brought the appliances in our home. He's in his 70's and worked harder than the so called men that Riverstone has working for them. They were very rough with our appliances and have destroyed our floors in our home. They brought the Refrigerator in our front door with the dolly sat it down in the living room and drug it across the floor until my FIL noticed what they were doing and stopped them. They put a huge scratch on our refrigerator door and deep gouges in our floor along with servere scratches that can not be repaired. As soon as my wife let me know about the horrible experience they had with Riverstone Logistics. I thought to myself ok no biggie I'll contact Lowes and they will make it right being such a large company that they are. Well they gave me phone number to this horrible place and I called and started a claim with them. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they will take care of this and fix this mistake that there empoyees caused. Well I WAS WRONG!! I was told to get them two quotes on what it would cost to get our floors fixed. Where we live in Soutern West Virginia it is stressful to find somone trustworthy and loyal to there word that they will come out and look at your floors and give you a quote. My only days off are Wednesday and Sunday. Sundays were kinda out of the question to get someone to come out on so I only had one day to work with on getting someone to come to the house and give me a quote let alone two different companies. Riverstone had called, text and emailed me just about everyday. I kept in touch with them on a regular basis. I would inform the woman who was assigned to my claim As soon as i had recieved my first quote i would instantly email it to her that i wasn't putting them off by no means. They tried to settle with me which i politely declined and told them it wasnt worth what they wanted to settle for. They ended up sending a letter to my address saying they were closing the case im guessing due to taking so long to get the quotes. I had sent both of the quotes i had gotten to her via email and I never heard anything from them ever again. Its like they disappeared after seeing the quotes. They were high due to the type of flooring in our home isn't made anymore and the places are so bad they cant be repaired so the whole floor will have to replaced. I work in sales and deal with people and there complaints daily so I dont like to be the guy who turns into a male Karen but when the customer service is this poor something needs to be addressed and fixed the right way. I understand the longevity of it taking for me to get my quotes but the claim should've never been closed. I guess now I will be contacting the Better Business Beauru."
"This company sucks! The delivery drivers are rude, lazy, and refuse to deliver your products. To call and talk to a supervisor is nearly impossible. I have called 3 days in a row to speak with the supervisor and still 3 days later no call. I would rate the review a 0 but It starts at 1. Lucky this company gets a 1 only due to that reason. I would not recommend using this company for any deliveries. The on call center is no help either they don't understand simple English."
"This company is horrible. We’ve had several GE appliances delivered by them & the last was the worst. They sent 2 guys and one showed up angry with attitude. He loads the dishwasher on the dolly & next thing I hear is it slamming down each step. He never waited for the other guy to help. He also drilled into to the finished cabinet on one side to install it. I stopped him before he did it to the other side, but he had to call someone to communicate because he didn’t speak any English. Rudeness has no language barrier! I don’t know why GE uses them, they have the worst attitude. I’m pretty fair which is why I didn’t leave a bad review the first two deliveries."
"would give 0 stars if we could. my boyfriend and I made our first large purchase as young adults in our new home. we paid $1700 for a new washer and dryer and it was delivered on monday. I was very nice and offered them a drink however was met with a very rude attitude. apparently we were missing a piece and they told me they would still be here when I came back. however they told my boyfriend “we are leaving.” i went to lowe’s to grab the piece they needed and came home to the washer and dryer literally in the middle of the hallway blocking our bathroom. my boyfriend had to move it so we could use our bathroom. we called customer service and gave the drivers the benefit of the doubt and said we did not want them getting in trouble. we were told someone would be back out to finish the installation. here we are on wednesday after going back and forth with many different people and countless transfers and them saying they would come out and no one has showed up. got a hold of someone who said the delivery drivers failed to put in a work order to come back. they have taken our generosity and kindness for granted. the delivery driver even gave us his own phone number when we asked for the supervisors number. they also lied saying they tried calling us at 7:30am however we have no missed calls from them. cannot say enough negative things about this company. we are very disappointed and they have inconvenienced us majorly."
"I also would like to leave zero stars, delivery showed up, no previous message or contact received from the driver. The driver contact began with my wife as she answered the door unexpectedly. I could hear that the driver had a poor attitude, then I came to the door and the driver was very rude and short with me. During the site assessment by the driver, the driver slid out our electric range from its place, leaving it in the middle of the kitchen. Then the driver said, in broken English, the install was not possible due to the dishwasher electrical position and Home Depot policy. Driver did not say or explain anything further. The driver with attitude, then walked out to another individual whom he was working with and stated “we are leaving.” When I asked what was happening no further explanation was given to us. There was an attitude of arrogance, as though our delivery was interrupting the drivers day. We watched as they slammed and banged around our previously unpacked appliances while returning them to the delivery truck. We were horrified as we saw the lack of care for the once new appliances. I had to very politely demand that the driver put the range, he had pulled out, back into its place before he left. Which he did begrudgingly but only partially back into place. I asked to speak to a supervisor of driver as they left, the driver would not provide a number, he just flippantly said “call Home Depot” and left."
