"They're so unorganized I was called twice to set up an interview bc he couldn't keep up with who he already called. He showed up 20 minutes late to the interview. Barely was an interview in fact. He asked my work history which was already on my application and resume and that was it. Also was weird bc he had a mike Tyson black eye upon arrival"

"Rarely are they on time. But this time they couldn't get two packages from Raleigh to Winston-Salem in a week and a half. Poor Mr. Ward that started this company in 1931 must be rolling over in his grave. The only thing worse than their deliveries is their customer service. Useless! One star is a stretch but the lowest I could give!"

The staff at the location don't even know how to operate a forklift properly. Management is not around watching the workers. They Definitely break safety rules. I work for another ltl carrier near Charlotte so I know how a dock is supposed to be run this is not it. Go do business with Estes,FedEx freight, old dominion freight lines go to those carriers first. It's time for ward to leave Charlotte for good. They are trash."
