"This company is embarrassing and the fact that snap on uses this company for freight is unbelievable. My shipment was supposed to arrived in charlotte on September 30th and was supposed to deliver on the 1st of October. It is the end of October 7th and the only time I’ve spoken to the company is when I decided to spend 30 minutes on hold just so they can tell me it will be delivered when it gets delivered and to call back in a week. Honestly never dealt with a company so incompetent before."

"Do not believe delivery date on their Web site, it does not mean anything. I called three times over 2 days to find out when my equipment would be delivered, (they require someone there to unload) each time they would give me a date and time, each time it was missed. “Sorry it was not put on truck today” The last time they basically said it would get there when it gets there. When equipment arrived the driver needed me to examine in unit for damage because shipping skid was trashed. Fortunately sink was okay but a leg was missing."

"Used to work for this trucking company. I can honestly tell you they are a very incompetent company. They don't handle your freight with care. They are constantly late delivering it to you. Will tell you that it's on schedule to be delivered when in reality it's probably not even on the route truck. Really recommended using a different trucking company to deliver your freight to you in good condition and on time."

"My Father works here. It's not great all the time due to weather and some people but he gets good work hours and meets good people. He can also go see his Mom or my Nana before he leaves his shift. :3"

"These people closed my operation down for 2 full days. The dispatcher called to schedule delivery for Friday...with a 4 hour window to get it done! I waited all day on Friday and no truck. I called the office and was told they did not get my product on the truck...and they did not both to call me about the screw up. They rescheduled for Monday delivery and another 4 hour window. The truck was not here by the end of the 4 hours so I called again. Guess what. My product did not make the truck AGAIN AND NO COURTESY CALL, AGAIN! They are either lazy as can be, they don't give a crap or they are totally incompetent. Yeah...all of the above. Good news..they did not show up again! They promised to deliver my shipment by 5PM and it is now 6:16 and no delivery. UNBELIEVABLE."
