"Both girls working were insanely rude. I was honestly embarrassed for them. The older one’s name was Holly. We filled up with gas on a road trip and stopped in for some drinks. The two women were commenting loudly across the store about how long the person was taking in the bathroom even though I had just witnessed them going in. And they proceeded to complain about the smell and this is why they shouldn’t have a public restroom and that they would be locking it after. Not to mention the place was a mess. The drink station was covered in trash and very sticky. The younger girl was rolling her eyes and pushing past people the whole time. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life, I can’t imagine representing a company or working somewhere with this little regard for customers let alone ones that are actually being pleasant. Both employees obviously need a retrain of acceptable service standards."

"Stopped here to purchase fuel. Men's bathroom is disgusting. Cleanliness of rest of store is not much better. Refused to buy anything from the store. Franchisor should investigate as this store cannot be meeting the standards of their franchise agreement."

"Shout out to the clerk this morning who helped my boyfriend and me out. We stopped looking anxious he pointed us straight to the bathrooms then I asked him if he had a bowl (traveling with a dog and forgot to pack one) he didn't have one but help make a makeshift one out of the bottom of a milk carton. Random act of kindness, anyways clean store, friendly people. Thanks again!"
