"great people fast delivery"
"Very pleased with the pickup for an xl crate. We called to specify a longer lift gate but truck 1 wasnt equipped. The following day they sent 2 guys on truck 2 with a bigger gate. The guys knew the 1 ton crate was longer than the gate but they worked very hard to get it loaded. I was super impressed. I told dispatch it was going to cost me 1k to rent a lift to load this one crate and they called back and said they'd give it a shot. Very grateful."
"I never leave reviews for companies but had to this time. My wife received a 3 pallet order from this company and the driver was extremely rude & unprofessional. First thing was the day before the driver called to schedule a delivery. My wife requested a time or time frame so we could arrange our schedule for me to be home. The guy was extremely unhelpful and said no he couldn't give her a time or time frame. After she went back and forth with him he finally agreed to call her 1 hour before the delivery. We canceled most things in our day but I couldn't reschedule a dr's apt. So my wife was the one home for the delivery. Once the driver got to our house he acted like their was something wrong. He had a very unpleasant demeanor and acted like he hated his job. Once he started moving the first pallet up the driveway. My wife approached him and asked if he would like help. She offered to push the pallet since our driveway has a little bit of a slope. He replied and said, Your going to have to do something. Not yes I would love your help. He just said that and made no eye contact with her. She felt offended but brushed it off and tried to give him another chance. As she was pushing one of the pallets in for him. She said this is why is would be nice to have a time or time frame. Because then I could have had my husband home to help you. He said we don't set times and kept being rude. She said I like to have him here because i know our driveway is on a slant and he likes to help. Last thing is she asked him if he could take a empty pallet we had from a old shipment. Instead of saying sorry we can't take other companies pallets or whatever. He said only two words, That's yours! No eye contact or anything. My wife spent $1,400 on this delivery which was a very easy job that took no more than 10-15 minutes. If anything he should have thanked my wife for getting in the hot sun and pushing 3 pallets for him. This company needs to train all their employees how to deal with customers. Send two workers for jobs like this. We did not spend money to push the pallets and do half the work for them. If the employee would have been nice then the labor would have been fine. But we don't have to help because it's not our job! I do not recommend them based on the poor customer service."
