"Went to get gas last night bit couldn't because this store closes stupidly early no other gas station closes sooooo early fix this problem."
"I've never had such a bad experience at a gas station as I had at this Crosby's in Elma. Exxon's website indicates that this location is open until 10 pm. I showed up around 9:30 pm with my empty indicator lit, so I thought all would be well. Not so. Although the lights in the store and at the pumps were on, the doors were locked! It appeared that there was a woman in the back, but she didn't come to the door when I knocked several times. The reason for the knocking was that although several of their pumps accepted my credit and debit cards, they would not let me actually pump the gas into my car! I have receipts that show $0 in gas pumped, but on my bank statement this morning I see $6 in charges, $1 for each attempt on each card! For whatever reason, their pumps weren't working at 9:30 last night, and yet their lights were all on with a female employee in the back. And locked doors. Likely the last time I use a Crosby's. If you work with Crosby's or Exxon, please leave your email address in your response, because we need to get in touch. Thanks."
"No consistency. Negative employees with bad attitudes. Denise is ignorant and rude to almost everyone. Half the time no one answers the phones, they say kitchen is closed at 7 or they don't have pizza. I ordered a chicken finger sub last week and the fingers weren't cooked all the way through, the sub wasn't even cut and it wasn't even in a real bag, just some half plastic bag where the grease ate through the wrapper onto the seat. This place went downhill fast."
"The best Food near Servotronics, Stuben, and many others. the Breakfast Pizza is bar none the best I ever had. The employees are the key to this place. Denise is one of the most friendly and personable people I have met in a gas station or otherwise. Jill is right up there too. very caring and fast worker that takes the time to smile and say hello if you want (I do). I'm so glad Crosby brought them on."
