"the pharmacists are doing the literal best they can. CVS needs to lift their hiring freeze and hire pharmacists! enough of corporate penny pinching so they don’t have to pay labor. customers should not be routinely waiting 30-60 mins in a line 10-20 people deep for prescriptions. the employees are amazing for dealing with the literal verbal abuse from customers."

"I have never had any issues when picking up prescriptions at the Pleasant Valley CVS. My dog loves to go there as evidenced by his lack of barking vs the “other” local pharmacy chain store in the area where he’s always barking. Maybe it’s the treats they give him but I think he’s aware of the positive, welcoming energy of the employees; lately Kristin. If I have to use meds I go to this CVS happily!"

"The most overwhelmed pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They routinely have ignored notes from my doctor on generic brand preference, given me the wrong information about drug availability, pharmacy often will never pick up the phone, and too often are either rude and condescending. Some folks are friendly but make a lot of mistakes. It shouldn’t be like this. CVS has never been a fun pharmacy experience but this one is special."

"Pharmacy is not equipped to handle the volume. CVS needs to hire more workers. My husband was on hold for 45 minutes and never got through. Considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy"
