Once docked, bout 5.5 hours to load and get paperwork.. the gate keepers are on point and real good folks. Office crew bent backwards for me.."

"I’m experiencing the same problems many other reviews explain ridiculous wait time loading 6 hours finally get loaded only to find out over gross then wait some more hours to get reworked and all they have to do is take out one pallet but no it’s better to keep the load hostage for a while and the pallets are not wrapped down to the bottom only about two passes on top that’s it what is going on lineage logistics....I’ve been the only truck docked for several hours. All they have to do is take out 1 pallet but they just waited for the next shift to do it I’ve been waiting for rework since 6:00pm I was told 7:00pm shift will help me. (1 pallet)"
