"Placed order online which didn't process because their system is down. So I went inside to pay and found out I didn't have an order. Placed order from very polite young man who helped and cared. The poor review has all to do with how the manager spoke to me and the front counter person as if it was my fault his system was down. The manager who was an older black gentleman had no intention of making sure the customer is taken care of, but instead I got to hear how hard his job is bc of the situation. Not professional at all. Papa John's next time..."

"I get pickup everytime and it's always ready on time and matches my order to the detail and is really good. Prices are fair especially if you can settle for whatever deals are going on. Staff is friendly and professional."

"Decent quality for Pizza Hut. Staff is professional. Only complaint is their App is not synced well with the facts on the ground. Their app will tell you the order is ready, but then the store staff tell me its still in the oven. I end up having to stand around for 10 or 15 minutes waiting on it to come out and be boxed. This has happened multiple times for me. Its not the staff's fault, so i dont complain. But management or corporate need to calibrate the App."

"Place an online order for quick dinner after work, app shows order ready but in store was still working on it?, it must be a busy hour.. Instead of complaining I waited for about 15-20 min.. not sure why that happen, their warmer storage is full of order items unfortunately the place is run only by 2 staff and my initial impression when I got inside seems like theres a walk out strike, see the picture.. a lady voice was exclaiming to hold for a minute, and I wonder where that voice came from. Huh, shes prepping order on the other side if the wall.."
