"Held overnight delivery three days because they failed to deliver my other shipment with lift gate. Informed me all deliveries would come out Monday. That’s 6 days after initial delivery that they attempted at 530 PM. I told them that I needed the deliveries today. Response all drivers are home for the day at 11AM on Friday. I’m now driving to pick up my overnighted delivery I should of had yesterday when they had it on the truck, but decided not to attempt because they didn’t have a lift gate for my other delivery."

"The people here were nice but South Eastern is a horrible company. Their staff weighed and misclassed my item. I got a huge bill in several months later. They filled out the paperwork. They changed the class at another distribution center which increased the amount to negative. Not my mistake. Use another company. I ship freight frequently. I will never use SEFL again. Very poor business practice."

I had a small window of time to return the items, for days I would be on the phone talking to incompetent employees who continued to tell me each day that "I" was canceling my freight pick up. After three days, my husband contacted Southeastern Freight. The customer service was amazing, they were on top of everything and had us scheduled for pick up the next morning. They were on time, (wow!!!!!) and a pleasure to work with. I will never use FedEx again."
