"Is I could give -5 stars I would, made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me “oh um you gotta call your insurance and double check with them” bro what???"

"Staff friendly enough but Jesus Christ... Whoever thought the "self checkout" was actually a selfcheck out is on something. There I am 7 items in my hand my turn after waiting 5 minutes because the sole 2 people using the machines required staff 2xs... Which if there's a line there's always a staff shortage, which means you don't leave and you are held captive. There's also a weight sensor, if you drop something or take to long with placing your items in the bagging area you require a staff person. My goal is that the person who decided self checkout was a thing I want an apology from them saying they will never be part of CVS team again. CVS get your stuff together seriously on behalf of your employees and disgruntled customers like myself you are the problem not your employees."

"CVS if you are going to run out the mom and pops at least have the decency to stock your shelves and have convenient hours. Your are not a convenience store when I need chips or soda. You are a store where people go when they need medicine or care for a injury. You suck."

"If I could give the pharmacy (not the rest of the store) a negative five stars I would. These females are unbelievably rude and act like they are doing you a favor instead of doing their jobs! I've had many, many issues with this pharmacy an only use it when I don't want to travel to the other pharmacy near by. Today I called to have a script transferred I didn't know the number to the Walgreens. The girl on the phone( I recommend her voice an she's always rube an miserable) tells me I have to get it for her bc she has no way of looking it up... I know for a fact this is a lie bc your pharmacy has done it before. And pharmacies often communicate with each other so stop being lazy an do your job."

"Regular store staff is amazing always friendly an willing to help if you need anything. Pharmacy staff on the other hand HORRIBLE! Even though this pharmacy is super close I hate filing anything for my family here. The pharmacy staff is rude. They act like your bothering them when you ask them something. Not a single one ever smiles. I will travel the extra mile or two where I feel welcomed."
