"If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst service that I have ever received. I have a shipment that was sent from Canton GA to Greenville SC. It goes to the Charlotte terminal, which is the ONLY terminal within a few hours. They called with a delivery notice. Missed the notice. Then send a guy from Charlotte to Greenville with our delivery, when it gets here... It is not on the truck. It is actually on the way to California, without a bill of lading. Basically meaning that it is likely to get lost. This is the absolute absurd issue that I have ever dealt with. Not to mention that Amy at the Charlotte terminal hung up on me. Spend a little extra and go with a better carrier like South Eastern, Estes, or Old Dominion."

"Horrific service! My package was sitting at their warehouse for a month. They told me my package was lost and that same day they called to tell me somehow my package magically appeared. So, we proceeded along and booked my delivery. I was told that someone had to be present to sign off my delivery. Unfortunately, I was flying out of town and had someone wait from 10-2 at my residence to sign and they never delivered my package. I reached out to road runner and their staff was very rude and condescending, they told me “obviously it wasn’t their fault, they had no control on what the warehouse decided to do.” It turns out they transferred it to another shipping partner. It’s been almost a month of dealing back and forth over this package. Since I was out of town, they informed me that they would charge me storage fees until they can deliver. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional freight service. I understand things happen but at least provide some clarity and concise answers to customers!"

"I shouldn’t have to call multiple people multiple times to find out why my package has been sitting in their warehouse. The tracking portal lets you know when they receive it but that’s all you get. After calling around they tell me that they don’t deliver to my town and another company will finish the delivery. That’s understandable but why do I have to play phone tag to find that out. My expected delivery date came and went and if I didn’t call them, I have no clue how long it would have taken to hear from anyone. Poor reviews for this page that are years old are still relevant today but it seems that nothing has changed."

"Terrible. My shipment has been sitting 30 mins up the road in Charlotte for 4 days now. By the time it gets here it will be sitting 12 days & it’s just 30 mins away!!! My 200lb shipment was due Wednesday & they call me the day it's due to schedule a delivery for 8 days later??! For real?! The Iady I spoke to had an attitude & wasn't any help at all. I get that we have issues with the supply chain, but sitting for 4 days and no call or tracking update is a bit ridiculous. I definitely cannot recommend this company. Hopefully companies that ship big bulk items- start to steer clear of RR freight. Complain to the company that shipped your goods with RR freight & something will eventually change.. I don't see how this company is in business with slow, snails pace service like this.."
