"This has to be one of the worst vet experiences I have ever had! What I assume would be the vet tech. discussed having many years of experience training dogs and heavily implied that our dog was untrained and aggressive because of it. Mind you he is a nervous dog but has never come close to biting any one or another dog that he has ever come in contact with. Knowing that he is nervous she proceeded to continuously touch him without letting him get comfortable and putting her hands in his face while he was getting his shot for surgery. Of course, he freaked out because of her actions, he would have been perfectly fine if she had not done this. We have taken him to other vet offices to receive shots and care, they took the time with him to make him comfortable and did not have these issues. Overall, a bad experience for us as the owner and for our dog. They are super cheap but not worth the stress it caused my dog or the harassment, they knew him for a short amount of time in a situation that would cause any dog anxiety."
