"Just came from an appointment and the way the vet spoke to me was extremely condescending and disrespectful. Trying to tell me what its like to have a pet this day in age like I havent had 2 dogs for the last 7 years. Treating me like she is above me because she went to veterinary school. Just unbelievablely judgemental. Cancelled all future appointment immediately. In response to your comment: you were not educating you were talking AT me. And some of the things you said to me (no matter the tone) made your superiority complex and judgements very obvious. I'm looking for a vet who is in it for the well being of my animals, not how much they can make off of me. Then to say "I guess this is the cost of having an animal these days" basically telling me I shouldn't have pets if I can't at this moment pay your prices is what makes you condescending. You don't know me. You don't know my current situation. You have no idea what is going on in my life. So don't you dare come at me like you do. I bit my tongue that night. I've had my dogs for 7, 6 and 1 year and they are happy and healthy animals with the exception of an ear infection to which has never happened before in the 7 years my dog has been living. I see that you will never take responsibility for your actions because once again, you are better then me, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Good luck"

"Love this vet office! They were able to see both my cats right away the day after I woke up to them playing with a bat that had gotten into the house. I think I was in the office with both cats an hour after I called for an appointment. At that visit they were also able to squeeze in both cats yearly exam and vaccine updates. Wonderful service and vets and staff."
