"I do most of my own auto work and I hadn't stepped into an Advance Auto in years and now I remember why. After I drove all the way to the west side because I was told over the phone part was in stock at warehouse, only to find out its not in stock, its only available in another city that can be transferred, I drove back to NE side again near where I live to buy part and have it transferred there. Called over and over again over the course of two weeks and either a.) the part hasn't arrived yet, or b.) they don't even have my name or part listed as incoming, or c.) they tell me they'll check it out, and then put me on hold for infinity, so I have to hang up, or d.) THEY DON"T EVEN PICK UP THE EFFING PHONE! How does this place stay in business?! Never again Advance Auto, never again. Thanks for the reminder. I'll wait the extra week and pay the extra cost and have it delivered to my door step from amazon."
