"It wasn't busy at all. It was clean and quiet. The food was delivered in an appropriate time and it was delicious. They have a lunch special menu which is great! I would definitely go again. If you love seafood in a bag, check this place out!"

"Was seated and our order taken in a timely manner. It took our order a little long to come out and it was barely warm, which meant it had probably been sitting for a while. When we did get our food, I asked about my side order and some ketchup. About half way through our dinner the waitress comes back and asks if I had received my side order and I told her no and we hadn't received our ketchup either. Shortly after, I had already finished my meal (sans side order) and my wife was needing a togo box. She went to the bar and got the box herself. After loading her leftovers we went to pay for our food. The cashier asked for our check and I told her that we didn't receive one. She found our order with the side attached. I asked her to please remove the side order and she asked why? I told her that I never received it and I pointed to a bowl behind her and said that, that was probably my side order. She asked if I still wanted it? I said no and then she removed it. She reprinted the bill and asked if I wanted to leave a tip? Never asked me about the food or the service. I guess she already knew! The food was good (better warmer), service terrible!"

"Great customer service. Tasty food. Flounder and fries fried just right. Fresh, crispy and not greasy like other places. Buffalo wings good portion and not too spicy. Southern sweet ice tea was really good. Will definitely order from here again."

"Fried food ( oysters, catfish & popcorn shrimp) was soft and wet! Fries were slick and wet! Crawfish bags were cooked without seasoning. The seafood bags were dry! No sauce/seasoning in the bags! I spent over $70 on this HORRIBLE MEAL! The owner should invest in wax paper to cover the under fried meals to prevent the sweat from the heat dripping water from the steam on the food. I gave 2 stars because the order was packaged without error with condiments. I will stick to JUICY CRAB because this restaurant needs improvement!"
