"Emergency room doc prescribed a med on Saturday. They never got it and never told me. You can never get to speak to a pharmacy directly because you have to their automated system. They say you can , but they never transfer you! Thankfully, I found a non cvs pharmacy and asked the er to send it to them. The pharmacy had it in 35 min! If cvs couldn’t get it they should have phoned me and told me."
"Enjoy endless automated loops over the phone? This is the pharmacy for you! Good luck getting someone to speak to. Nonsense system breaks down and claims the pharmacy is closed but is listed as open till 7 pm online before ending the call. Multiple attempts made between 2 pm and 5 pm."
"*Jews if you care listen up* I was made aware very early on in Chanukah that the candles (one of four items they were selling. When I went one time I saw ZERO and today saw only THREE) were sold out. Candles as you guys know are required for people to have during Chanukah in order to pray for the holiday. I came back often to ask about when they were going to restock one of the few items they had, and let them know given the high Jewish population nearby, that these are really important because if someone local does not have these they may miss out on prayer. Every time I came they said they didn’t know and made a point to talk about the shock in how quick and much the little Chanukah stuff they had sold out. (If so- wouldn’t you expect them to maybe get more?) mind you the Christmas stuff is in two aisles and the entire front of the store, despite it not being Christmas yet. I digress. Staff mentioned how many people over and over were coming to ask the same question as me. People in the area clearly need this. Today when I asked. And was told again “idk if it’ll be restocked” after telling me how much the community showed cvs we needed it during this time, I responded telling her the whole store is filled with Christmas stuff you guys are really unsure about restocking one chanukkah item the community clearly needs? She started explaining the holiday to me. Oh well isn’t it day 5? (So the four nights someone doesn’t hangs candles doesn’t matter?) and saying they probably won’t restock because of that. As if being in the middle of the holiday means there’s no need to restock for a community asking for it. I normally never care about this stuff. It was the reasoning and learning cvs likely isn’t trying to restock the one of four measley items they had that pissed me off. If ur not gonna have equal representation that’s fine we are used to it. Idrc. But with something needed for prayer for a grieving community during this time? To respond so insensitively and show you only care about profiting off Christmas decor and don’t care about the community coming back each day because they need something? It was weird to me. Rubbed me the wrong way. I loved this cvs. I was even fine with them lacking representation. Whatever. We deal w worse. It was being told Chanukah candles don’t matter despite them being one of the very few items they had for our holiday that pissed me off"
"Open your pharmacy earlier! 11 AM is not acceptable for a pharmacy. As a leader in the pharmacy industry you should provide normal operating hours especially when you decide to take over that much space"
"This review is for the pharmacy only. Hours are not great (11-7 most days) but today was the third time I’ve been here to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist did not show up until 11:15. I would not recommend getting there when they first open, you will be waiting awhile."
