"Awful!!! I have a horse that is going to die due to colic because they could not deliver for three days!!!! Two days yes the weather was questionable. Today was perfectly the roads were not an issue this afternoon when they cancelled!!! I would have driven to pick this food up!!!! I would have paid extra!!!. I asked to be able to pick this up and was not given the option. FedEx needs to get rid of these Asian and Indian call centers. If my horse dies it’s your driver’s and call center’s fault."

"Said package was delivered...was not . Also needed a signature confirmation...and on the website there was a picture of a "line" that didn't even attempt to resemble a signature. Calling customer service is a nightmare as well. They can't transfer you to different departments; all they do is take information."

"I personally haven't had any bad experiences with the floor managers as an employee. When my car did actually break down. I had pictures and parts to prove so because I fixed it . And I was terminated. After acknowledging my financial situations. This company doesn't seem to have any remorse for other people. Which makes a difference when it comes to what kind of employees are in the work area and how safe and caring they are about their job. If they rid their most loyal employees how do they expect to get any employees worth their time?"

"Two drivers pulled out in front of me this morning and then a driver using their own vehicle almost ran my person over backing out of a parking spot while they were on their phone. Need to start checking these driver’s license and make sure it’s not out of Cracker Jack box"
