"I went to get my art matted. The price is double that of Hobby Lobby. They did not mount or attach the art to the mat (which I specifically asked them to do), and the mats were over cut. They did not cut it to my specifications of leaving white around the painting, but cut the mat with a very tiny amount of white where it looks like a mistake. I will never use their services again."

"It's sad how much my family and I used to enjoy our past experiences at this store. Unfortunately, at this location and not at any other, it appears as if the store manager is allowing anyone to pick up customers' online orders. After calling the store to inquire about the order being falsely marked as "picked up" and request a refund, mind you it was only in the amount of 6 dollars and some change, the store manager got disrespectful after asking about my wife's name (she doesn't have a conventional name). When attempting to redirect the conversation back to our issue, the store manager Alice got incredibly aggressive. When my wife asked what the issue was and why she was receiving so much attitude in response to her request, the SM became even more agitated with my wife and said this is the way I talk. After several attempts to try and get our problem resolved, the SM continued to interrupt countless times and finally hung up on my wife when she requested a refund. I understand the holidays can be overwhelming, especially coming from retail myself, but this is far from the right direction in trying to get anything resolved. If it was a new staff member I may understand, but coming from someone who is supposed to be a leader for other team members, I'm just embarrassed for the team, they deserve a better mentor. This is a far cry from the level of customer service we have come to expect from Michaels. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at this location again."

"This store is highly organized and has a broad selection to choose from. I was pleased to find what I was searching for, thanks to the excellent customer support from the retail team. They went above and beyond to find the item in the back, within a quick timeframe also. There is a lot of unique gifts that can be found here for Christmas and Birthdays as well. Especially if you want to purchase large sets as opposed to buying individual items. Mostly I go for the arts and crafts for my wife and kids, but this store offers much more than that. I highly recommend this particular Michael’s. It helps that the location is prime real estate - located near the mall, Walmart, target, McDonald’s, Starbucks, gas stations, a car wash, and other retail stores/restaurants. Quickly get on interstate 40 or highway 70 if you need to as this location is within a block of each."

"We were on a mission to find winter looking garland but found so much more instead. All Christmas was 50-75% off. I did find wonderful books on how to draw and color for calm. Also I loved the new decor for home. I've been wanting one of these boards for my office"

"Really nice place. Employees were very helpful. Plenty to choose from for all your crafting needs. They do picture framing as well. Love coming here. Highly recommend this place if you need craft supplies."
